Review

This review applies to version 1.2 The latest version of this software will soon be reviewed by our informers.

Collectorz.com Photo Collector 1.2 is software for Windows. It provides a comprehensive toolbox suite to help us create a database for organizing our entire photo collection. This is a very useful utility for digital camera users, designers, and anyone working with large quantities of images. From the Main Window, we can create a database, adding files and folders by selecting them from anywhere within our computer, including external, removable devices, and acquire them directly from a digital camera. Once added, we can easily browse them from the folders with a tree-like structure. We can view the image and the information about it, such as photo date/time, format, size, color depth, path, etc. It is possible to view it in full screen mode, edit, add comments, captions, send it via e-mail, print, and delete it. We are allowed to sort file selection, import from another database, save database, search, and filter, see the content of a folder as thumbnails or list, view our entire collection as static window, and many more. This software is delivered on a shareware basis. We can download the evaluation version directly from the developer's website and try it for a 15-day period.
Advantages
  • We can keep tidy an unlimited number of images.
  • Very easy to use.
  • Free Demo.
